Please join us for any part
of the following :
• Every morning except Saturdays
and Sundays 6:00 am to 7:30 am:
Two 30 minute zazen and short ceremony (chanting)
You may come to one or both zazen.
• Mondays from 9:00 am to 10:15 am
(except mondays following a retreat or sesshin) • Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 8:15 pm
Two 30 minute zazen followed by a short reading and questions. |

Once a month :
• A day of zazen, from 8 am to 5 pm :
Zazen, samu (work done in the same spirit as zazen: cleaning, gardening, cooking..........)

Short Dharma talk, tea.

As in Uchiyama Roshi's tradition : « sesshin without toys » are entirely silent and consist of only zazen periods, breaks, meals (oryoki) and no samu.

Contribution :
• Retreats and sesshin :
Week-end: 40€ - small budget: 30€
• Saturday only :
30€ - Small budget 20€
• Day of zazen:
25€ - small budget: 15€

10€ a day, 12€ during heating season (except during retreats and sesshin) |

It is possible to come spend a few days or a few weeks, living in a separate part and being responsible for one's own meals |
|
People not participating in an entire retreat are welcome to zazen and Dharma talks.
Practice outside of retreats is free. Donations are gratefully accepted. What to wear : comfortable clothes in subdued colors and warm in winter. No shorts, tights or
sleeveless clothes.
For days of zazen and retreats, bring work clothes and shoes for samu. |
